I work with clients who have Cigna, Aetna, BCBS, United, and many other popular insurance carriers as an out-of-network provider.

Although I do not accept insurance directly, I will gladly provide a “superbill” form that has the procedure (90792, 99214 or 99213) and diagnosis codes that your insurance will request for your out-of-network reimbursement. 

Coverage for services will vary depending on what you’re seen for. 

If you would like to verify your own coverage, you can call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask the following questions: 

  • Do I have out-of-network benefits? . 

  • What is the usual and customary rate covered by my insurance for outpatient psychiatry and psychotherapy (CPT code 90792)?

Payment

 

I accept cash, check, health savings account (HSA/FSA) cards, or credit cards for payment.

Cancellation
Policy

 

If you need to cancel or change your scheduled appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice, and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule.

If I am unable to reschedule, you will be responsible for the session fee.
